Luitpoldpark
In
1911 the citizens of Munich gave this park to the Prince Regent
Luitpold for his 90th birthday. The 33 hectar park, with its
many lime trees, is defined by the Luitpold hill - previously
a rubble tip. Refreshment can be taken in the Bamberger Haus,
the little palace in the park, which has a café-restaurant
and an art gallery "Cartoon-Caricatur-Contor".
