Ruder-Regatta Oberschleißheim
(Rowing Regatta Lake)

For the 1972 Summer Olympics a man-made regatta course was built in Munich-Oberschleißheim. This 2m long and 135m wide course is one of the best and fairest in the world. The grounds, which have an excellent infrastructure, are well maintained and well frequented. Visitors can watch races and presentation ceremonies from the 9,500 seat stadium-like tribune.
